Annual Lebanon County Firefighters Association Convention is being hosted by Weavertown Fire Company. The meeting will begin at 9 a.m. June 13 at Weavertown's Blue Max Hall. Annual awards will be presented, and officers for the 2013-14 association year will be elected and installed. A memorial service is scheduled at Hebron United Methodist Church, 451 E. Walnut St., Lebanon, at 7 p.m. June 14. The Rev. Joel Risser, the association's chaplain, will plan the service with the help of assistant chaplain Ronald Miller and Hebron United Methodist's pastor, the Rev. Rodney Miller, and memorial committee members. Association members who have died since June will be remembered.

The Pennsylvania Pump Primers will hold their annual Antique Fire Apparatus Show and Muster from 8 am to 4 pm in Riverfront Park, across from Harrisburg Hospital. Admission is free. The site offers excellent access to the Susquehanna River for riverside mass pumping, as well as a shady park setting for show apparatus and a flea market. It has been called one of the best muster locations in the country and is capable of staging over 100 rigs along the river for mass pumping, with room for more than 50 on static display.
